To whom it may concern: I am writing this letter on a beautiful Saturday morning after visiting the Brewster Shell service station located at 1450 Rt.22 in Brewster, NY 10509. I made an appointment to have my 2015 Toyota Camry inspected. At the counter was a gentleman named Bill. He told me that I did not have an appointment and that there was nothing he could do.
