I was a patient of Brewster Medical Group years ago—seeing Dr. Mannion and one other male physician who has since retired. For years, I’ve been unhappy with my care at Optum and decided to try Brewster Medical Group again after hearing their raving reviews. The staff was very pleasant both in person and on the phone. Everything for my visit was organized, my appointment ran on time, and overall I am happy with the new doctor I chose.
I just had my first visit with Dr. Eleonor Eustace, and I was extremely pleased with her thoroughness, her knowledge, and her warm and caring demeanor.
I think Dr. M Kessler is a fabulous doctor, but I am extremely disappointed to see that he is accepting new patients when I just called to book a yearly wellness visit and found out that there is a 6 month wait to see him. Before this issue, I was extremely happy with Brewster Medical. I find it disappointing that they would accept new patients when they don't have time to take care of their long time existing patients.
DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT OF THAT OFFICE AS THEY CAN DUMP YOU ANYTIME THEY WANT!!!!. I've been a patient of that office for several years. First, last year the sent my lab by mistake to out of network lab and I was billed almost 400 dollars. Even though it was not my fault it was sent to a collection. After a year going back and forth it was resolved. Now my doctor left the office and I was assigned to new doctor.
