Wow ! In late November 2023 l saw a car l was interested in on my Copilot App and it told me the car dealership location. I emailed requesting information and got a quick response from Mathew a salesman at the Volz used car center that sells the used inventory for Brewster Ford . Every question and info l requested was answered quickly. He took extensive video for me as l am from long Island NY quite far ... l got very sick with the flu for 2 weeks putting all on hold ... but guess who checked to see how l was ... yes Mathew... read more

"SUPER SHEA" .End of June started a new lease with an Edge. Asked for floor mats when we went to pick up the car, there were no floor mats. SUPER SHEA said they would send them to us. After a month we asked where the mats are, SUPER SHEA said they were sent. Asked for the tracking info,we were told there was no tracking. Odd. Don't know any shipping company that does not track l. Asked if they could arrange for us to pickup the mats at an alternate Ford dealership near us(moved). Again, SUPER SHEA said she would look into it... read more
Left my car at Brewster Ford for 3 days and they were unable to resolve a recall issue re: battery contactor weld issue. I would NOT recommend this dealer under any circumstances unless you don't need your car.
Not the closest Ford dealer to me. I go there because I think they are more honest and fair
