I stopped by the service desk on Monday inquiring about an oil change, received an appointment within two days. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Kimberly Matias who was friendly and professional. In a little over one hour my tires were rotated, oil changed vehicle fluids topped off! Kimberly used my Ford pass points and I was on my way smiling ! Such a pleasant experience! Rob Falk

Scammers, Scammers, Scammers Do yourself a great favor and don't go to Brewster Ford. You will get scammed and they will damage your car. I took my car in for a simple seatbelt recall and it took them two weeks to get it done then my liftgate mysteriously would not work. They claimed it would be $500. to fix and then began the arguing. There was nothing wrong with my liftgate before they started working on it. The manager would not own their mess. I told them to just give me my car. Wow ! In late November 2023 l saw a car l was interested in on my Copilot App and it told me the car dealership location. I emailed requesting information and got a quick response from Mathew a salesman at the Volz used car center that sells the used inventory for Brewster Ford . Every question and info l requested was answered quickly. He took extensive video for me as l am from long Island NY quite far ... l got very sick with the flu for 2 weeks putting all on hold ... but guess who checked to see how l was ... yes Mathew... read more
