The first two months were just fine, after that we had a notice almost every week on our door. Renovations started which included tearing down stairs and not putting any back up for more than a month. Parking was taken up by the workers who have no respect for your space or no parking zones that block you into your space. The work being done was found to not have permits and it was stopped for weeks (turns out leaving us without stairs is somewhat of a fire hazard, you know right in the middle of fire season).
