Billed wrong insurance company. Had to contact them to rebill correct company. They failed to provide the documentation required by my insurance company and now are erroneously billing me for their errors. Despite multiple phone calls I'm being charge for their incompetence.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They dropped Dad off today. Going through the newly painted door frame of my newly remodeled home, I hear a scrape from the guerney. Then, they tilt it up so it’s verticle to move it back out. Another scrape sound. That didn’t work so they lowered it again and left. I looked at the damage and I am livid. Scrapes on the door, indented scraped wood on the door frame and two chips out of the faux painted wall. Thanks for the extra expense!
Had a really good experience with Brewster Ambulance, their team was very kind and caring. Ambulance was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this company.
