Placed a $50 order after delivery and tip. Ok... I’m fine with that. All the way until it gets here. Everything on the order was messed up. We ordered 2 plates the same except for the flavor of the sauce in the wings. 5 wings, 3 chicken strips and tator tots. We ordered the wings with sauce and no sauce in the chicken. Great place to come during lunch. Make sure to come and try the chili cheese tator-tots. My waitress was polite, and Mr. Steve has exceptional customer service. Great place, Great people, and of course great food!!
got our order wrong, brought my wife the wrong drink, I've been here for an hr and a half and had 1 beer. been asking for more and I'm still waiting, so I'll never be back, and I am posting on social media
Worst experience ever. My husband and I went there for his birthday dinner since he is working here. We go in I’m excited because it’s not packed. We’re seated around 8:18 pm and we wait about 10 minutes before Someone had to tell our waiter we were sitting there. When he had clearly passed by us multiple times. It was so hot in there, it was ridiculous!! The service SUCKED!!! We waited way too long in between waitress making her rounds. It's too expensive for the service, & presentation that was given. We weren't even asked if we wanted traditional or boneless wings. We wanted traditional but, we received boneless. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Bayou City Wings is MUCH BETTER!!
