Stopped in to discuss new tire options and planned to drop my keys off the night before. They had my car from 4:30 am and when I went to get it at 4pm nothing had been done. The manager yelled at the employee and when I asked for my keys he said well we've been busy all day. I told him I was busy too which is why I made accommodations for them to have it all day.
