I’ve been waiting on a maintenance request since I’ve moved in. I was asking the leasing agent what the Catfive out was for she didn’t know then referred me to maintenance. I’ve woken up twice having to clean water from the kitchen floor unable to find the reason for said water. All that aside everyone’s been very nice in the building and on walks around the neighborhood. It’s nice to have the convenience of being able to see all everywhere that’s enjoyable for me. Also the apartments are small but cozy in a historic way.
Misael Gomez did a very excellent and fast job to help fix my drain. Very nice to talk to and gave me an extra piece to prevent future issues!
Is nice place to live & if u have furrbabies they accept.
Misael nicely completed the bathroom tile repair and replacement. He also went above and beyond the work order requirement and replaced the malfunctioning door knob that caused door to get jammed even with open lock. Thank you, Misael. Two thumbs up!
