Horrible! My mom is a full-time caregiver for my stepdad, who has mid-late stage Alzheimer’s. He sees Dr. Brewer bi-weekly for a sore on his foot. Due to the extensive construction, they were 11 minutes late to his appointment. They’ve never been late before. The office turned them away, despite the fact that the sore needs critical medical attention. The staff was unapologetic and condescending. My wife had a 10:30 AM appointment with Dr. Brewer on 7/ 24/23. She is wheelchair bound so we needed to have a wheelchair van transport us. When we arrived at 1212 s park st. there was a car blocking the drive. It took them 15 minutes to remove the car so we got into the office at 10:37 AM. We were told that we needed to reschedule our appointment because we were late. We were late because their parking lot was blocked so our wheelchair van could not enter. I get that we all have to work with technology. I understand that; I really do. However; the voice directory and staff redirected me - 4 times and then got stuck in a loop and disconnected me. Like I said - 4 times. You'd almost think that the staff would have recognized my voice and questioned why I kept calling. The answer was no. I'll try someplace else. My recommendation, hire competent staff and install a reasonable system.

Dr. Brewer is polite, professional, thorough, and right on target with treatment.

I see Dr Clapp and another Dr who works when Dr Clapp does not. I've never met this man. Staff is great & everyone is nice in back. Door and sign don't match
