Stay away! I started using this company back in 2005 with 3 properties. First property in Scottsdale (very nice and upscale) was rented to a loser with poor credit and moved out 3 months after defaulting on his payment. Brewer Caldwell just had him transfer the property to his girlfriend who I latter found out was a stripper with a child. I finally had to break into the house 3 months latter because Brewer Caldwell would not contact me or release the keys to us since they never received them back from their leaser. Good vs Bad duh... that's what a company rating site is for. You get good experiences and bad. Count mine as good. These guys have been great to me as a tenant. Always returning phone calls and emails. Thank you BC for 2 years of great service!

I contacted Chris - awaiting a reply Chris Epperson said to contact him if you had a problem with the exact problem, date and a way to be reached. I did so on Friday, it's now Tuesday after 6 PM and haven't heard back.
