The husband and I stopped in to test drive the different models available- we were met by Andrew (Drew) Gim who blew us away. We were up front in letting him know that we were not buying today as we have many stops to make but the level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge that we experienced was not watered down, and in fact sets the customer service bar extremely high while we take our time to shop other vehicle makes and models. I found this dealership through USAA's car buying service. I am very happy they pointed me to Brewbaker. My sales rep helped match my family and me with the perfect car. He also knew the features of the QX60 inside and out. They were even able to beat the financing rate I had through my bank. Absolutely the best purchasing experience I have ever had!
Minor repairs. Service is great. Jury Is still out on 2016 qx 60. Seems like trim issues are more constant for this price car.
