So I live in Dothan which is 2 hours away. I have a QX60 lease and the rear hatch door will not open at all... even manually. This is the 3rd time this has happened! Ridiculous! they refuse to come get it to fix it. BMW will come get your car in Dothan for a simple oil change for free! So I call to try and get an appointment so I can drive up there and wait. They won’t even let me do that! Said it’s first come first serve and their 2 days behind. So now their making me have to drive 2 hours up there drop it off, not give me ... read more
