Made a deal with these guys and drove from NC to AL to get the car. Test drove car the clutch was shot in it. They try to get me to drive it back to NC with a bad clutch. Got them to agree to fix it and I asked for pictures of the olds and flywheel. Never got the pictures of the flywheel probably because it was trashed to. Since I didn’t get the pictures of the flywheel asked for a 3000 mile warranty on the clutch and flywheel they started beating around the bush and wouldn’t agree to it. I went and looked at the car and decided to purchase the car they ran my credit score The bank closed before we could finish they told me they would call the next morning they text me and told me I was approved and what my payments would be Then when I got up 45min later they told me the car was sold that morning after approving me and dropping my credit score

Huge waste of time. Pestered me for 3 days and when I told them I was ready to wire the money and make a 14 hour drive they told me the truck was placed in demo and no longer available. Don’t be fooled my the advertised low price it’s a bait and switch. Do NOT waste your time with these clowns.

Advertises low ball price then says can't sell at that price unless you have a fleet account. Nothing in the ad stating that.
I was able to call and talk to a salesman immediately. They verified that the vehicle was on the lot and available. I explained that I interested. The surprise was when they showed me that CarGurus gives the lowest price advertised and not everyone qualifies for those incentives. For example, one $500 incentive was for anyone who financed with Chrysler financing with lower than a 650 credit score. The salesman, Josh Lawrence, responded right away, was very friendly and informative, along with showing a couple of videos of the vehicle that was to be a business vehicle. However, turning my request over to another person to work up, the price of the vehicle went up $1000.00, then the other fees were added. I changed my mind after really wanting the vehicle, because I didn't feel that there was honesty to sell the vehicle for what was shown online and with that person.
