This charming wood-panelled bar has apparently gone through some changes over the years, and may be going through more. It's a very pleasant spot to sit for a drink and conversation, or just to unwind and watch a game. But...18.00 for a gin and tonic? That puts an early lid on the evening for me. Food was OK. I read the reviews before coming. I read that they had really good food and good service so I went. It turned out to be true. We will definitely come again.

The service was very good and the food was solid, but the prices and value in this place are ridiculous especially on the drinks.

Staff is nice but you order at the counter and they deliver it to your table. We were never revisited after our food was brought so I couldn't point out that I had no "sides" that were supposed to come with my food. The food was just ok.
