HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! The food at Brew River is decent, but the service is horrible! I went with a large party - which Brew River knew about ahead of time. They also agreed to allow separate checks. Needless to say, the evening was a disaster. Drink refills were hard to come by, everyone at my table got their salads and appetizers and we had to ask both times to get ours. Brew River have had nothing but bad experiences at Brew River, whether with a group or a party of two the service and the food is plain bad. They should stick to serving drinks at the outdoor bar and nothing else.
Great food but not service Nicest restaurant on this side of town with excellent food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We were at dinner with my husband's parents and waited forever for our drinks to arrive and when they did the watier went to sit mine down on the table and spilled it all over me!
A new "Brew" It's time to give them another try...new General Manager...updated menu, consistent food, everything now fresher! Many special items from which to choose. If you haven't been there in awhile, give them a try.
Not Good The restaurant looked good but the food was overcooked and had bad flavor. The service was bad and slow as I waited 40 minutes for a medium rare steak that was served well done, for which I received no compensation. I passed by the kitchen and it was filthy to boot. The prices there are steep for this quality of experience.
"STEER CLEAR OF THIS RESTAURANT-HORRIBLE" We were out for my fathers birthday,the service was horrible for starters.The food quality was beyond terrible.Two of our guest got very sick after eating here.The waitress stated she was just a messenger,and refused to send a Mgr.to our table.They do not care for their customers at all!!!! I personally feel the health dept. needs to look into their kitchen,and warn everyone to stay away from their food. I WONDER WHY THE OWNER,LETS THIS GO ON???????????????
loved the muffins We ate there 2 weeks ago I wanted auce crab legs my server was fantastic. I let him know I was more interested in the crab legs , he kept them coming steamin hot and cooked just right. My husbands steak was also suculant. Service & food were to my expectations. Im going again today for my sons 30th b-day. will review again as there will be 6-8 of us.
Brew River – They start your meal with a bread basket. Let me tell you the coconut muffins are to die for. I was impressed with the menu, they have really good seafood. You have to try the crab dip. It was a very nice experience, I will definitly go there again.
