I hate Breville ******** *******, it is a disaster!!! I purchased their Combo Wave 3 in 1 oven. I dialed their ******** support phone number, hung-on for 40 minutes, then got disconnected. I placed an order on 12/29 for a milk frother and received email confirmation of my order on 12/29 that said they would email me when my order has shipped. I didn't see any correspondence by 1/22 (more than 3 weeks later) so I tried to call ******** support and the hold time was estimated to be over 1 hour so I sent them an email. THEY WON'T ANSWER PHONE CALLS. THEY WON'T ANSWER EMAILS. THEY SAY THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK SO THEY CAN'T SEND A REPLACEMENT FOR WARRANTIED ITEMS, BUT THEY HAVE STOCK ONLINE TO SELL. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT FOR THEIR BROKEN AND USELESS ESPRESSO MACHINE THAT I PAID $2,500 FOR.
Purchased a new toaster oven. The box contained instructions for a coffee maker but no instructions for the oven. Emailed ******** ******* at Breville but never received the courtesy of a response (or the correct instructions/user manual). Very poor ******** support.
Three phone calls unanswered to ******** *******, an internet chat ******* that is non-functional, and a receptionist at the corporate office in Torrance, CA who hung up on me at 11:29 am on 10/21/2020 when I asked her first name so I could make a record of the call. Don't buy from these people.
Tried to follow up with a case we have with Breville concerning our coffee maker. Have called numerous times, either got a recording saying ******** support was in training, or doing inventory. Other times we called , we waiting online for over 30 minutes, then disconnected. Tried reaching them via leaving phone messages and emails, but have received no replies. This has been going on for weeks now. Absolutely no way to reach their ******** ******* in the U.S.
I bought a Breville Juice Fountain Elite - 800JEXL on Amazon in Feb 2020. The juicer worked fine for awhile. Now it won't turn on and I have done everything suggested to correct the problem. Still no luck. Tried calling Breville and they won't answer their phone. I e-mailed them and got a machine answer back with a supposed work order #. They said they would get back to me within 48 hrs. A week later -- nothing. I see that there are many others facing the same problem.
Terrible ******** *******. When delivered, our machine didn't work correctly so we had to send it in for maintenance. They provide you with a box, but ours was delayed several times before getting here. When our machine finally reached Breville and they fulfilled the maintenance request, we were not told what was wrong with it or what they fixed.
