They were cold and not friendly enough. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. They didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to say everything I needed to say.
