Kendle worked very hard to navigate the red tape to help me get a much needed orthotic and Sean was very helpful in making sure the fit was correct and saw me right away when I was having trouble with it. Roy is amazing and the office staff are wonderful!! I've been going here since 2015 and wouldn't go anywhere else!
These people have no compassion for their patients. My back brace came apart and I called them. A worker there by the name of Sharon totally blew me off as if I was nobody. My back is broken and she could care less if I had my brace or not! Absolutely no compassion at all!! My physician called them and my brace was finally repaired.
