The office staff is rude. The customer is never right. The hygienists will leave a sliced open welt on your child's gums then complain that there was blood when they cleaned. My daughter had to keep gauze in her mouth for an hour to get the deep cut to stop bleeding. You cannot call the office except during a short window of time in the morning & no one returns calls when you have a complaint. The woman at the front just tells you that you are wrong.
This is a great place to take your kids. The doctors and the staff are terrific. They can take care of the kids teeth and do their braces and yours! I had braces done with the orthodontist and I'm the parent! A++++
