I contacted the owner of this company via email concerning repair of my laptop. He told me to bring the laptop in and the techs would look at it for free. The next day I brought my laptop into Brevard PC repair and I was approached by a man with long hair and a very sloppy appearance. I told him what the owner said and he became very loud and rude.
