Dr. Wade is a good doctor, so it is with a heavy heart, I write this review; but her front desk person Heather is a not a nice person. It’s been a painful time. I’ve been in and out of urgent care, as she made it clear she knew better than three other doctors. I’m exhausted with the pain. Dr Allison Wade. She is wonderful took my deepest fears and put them to rest. She looked at old x rays and took new ones and gave me a plan. Don't hesitate to see her.
I received a recommendation to see Dr. Wade from my PT, and I am so glad I did! Dr. Wade and her staff are very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and I have never waited for my appointment. Dr. Wade spent time with me to make sure I understood what was happening mechanically with my ankle, going over imagery and coming up with a treatment plan. All of my questions were answered and I feel very comfortable moving forward in her care. I would recommend her practice.
When I entered the office, I was warmly greeted and treated like family. The office is clean and organized. My wait times have been short. The entire staff has been kind and professional. Dr. Wade is amazing. She explained everything so that understood my injury and the necessary surgery. Her skills are exceptional and my recovery was uneventful. I highly recommend her and her staff.
