I just spoke with Brandi and was really impressed at how warm and welcoming she was towards me. I'm the new outreach coordinator for my practice and sometimes outreach can feel like cold calling, but with Dr. Wade's team it felt like a warm call LOL As the new kid on the block is can be tough out here, so I appreciated the warm welcome. She helped me get to the right person and never made me feel like a burden, was very patient with me. 5 STARS!!!!!!
Dr. Wade and her team are the absolute best! I've always received the best care from them and have never felt rushed during my appointments. And listen up runners: if you come here for help they will never be condescending or tell you to stop running. Quite the opposite -- they will give you a selection of options that will fit your level of activity. They also have a great sense of humor! A total win-win-win with them!
The office staff are so nice and efficient and I really liked Dr Wade she took time with me and answered all my questions she was very thorough,overall it was a great experience😁
