We used George J. Pembleton Sr. for home inspection of two investment property purchases in Northern Virginia. Both the properties were town-homes. George did an excellent job providing detailed home inspection report with pictures and required repairs. Due to his recommendation we were able to ask the seller to fix major repairs resulting in saving money and problems later on for our property. I would definitely recommend George.

I used George for my home inspection for a property I was looking to buy. I've worked as an electrician and a handyman in the past so it takes a lot to impress me as far as knowledge of building mechanics and fundamentals of homes and systems. We used George as a home inspector from his time in Northern Virginia. Our house was a new construction and George was fabulous and was able to look for things and bring things to the builder's attention that most inspectors would have failed to (as our builder can also attest to). George's inspections were very thorough and he passed along a ton of knowledge to us as new home owners. I would highly recommend Brevard Home Inspections; you won't be disappointed.
