The Dental office is nice but I have to question the cleanliness of the staff and office. The assistant smelled like she was drinking and smoking all night then went to work. There was a white garbage can in front of me that appeared to have blood on it. Its so noisy in there it sounds like a bar. There's cluter on the table behind the chair. I would recommend this place to my enemies I won't to love ones friends.....if they have a choice if you don't it ok at lease until you can get insurance go else way I try it three time difference dr different locations sorry I had no help
Worst service I had no help for I walk out . I pray that they get better for those who need it . I hate when the dr or staff think their better then the patient that how I feel the time I been to this location and the one on sliver palm I'm not safe there I feel like treat us as a number
Palm Bay BHA on Babcock was the most atrocious service I have ever had.
AS others have said, this place is terrible. It took my countless times calling them to get a hold of someone. I left two messages over three weeks with my name number date of birth and reason to see my doctor, yet they never got back to me. Finally got a hold of someone today and was hung up on. This is the worst care i can almost imagine, avoid at all cost.
Lousy staff. Made an appt. For Palm Bay early March. Couldn't get in until Apr. 3??? Patiently waited the required amount of time. (Had to go to an urgent care center in the meantime). Called to confirm Thursday, March 28. Got a message on my answering machine Mon. April 1st cancelling. Called them this a.m. April 2 and was told that provider no longer works there?!!
