I have been going to the Merritt Island location for at least 10 years past 3 years horrible,unexpected charges when arrive for appointments usually because their insurance billers don't know how to get paid from a company I acquired by their recommendations,than when I arrive self pay with my 100 dollars and being told I have a 300 dollar balance and could not pay and told then that they going to add a 100 no.show fee because I didn't have all the money to pay,even though I didn't owe it , be careful out there it's all abou... read more
An absolute disaster not a walk-in clinic as the big sign in the front says they can only handle two walk-ins and if you're a primary patient and you're very sick they still can't take you and when they do they tell you you'll be fine in two days the fact I end up with pneumonia in 2 days doesn't matter to them they will argue with you about what they did they will give you test you never asked for if a minus 5 was possible it would absolutely be for this charade of a clinic US1 and Merritt Island do not have a rating above ... read more
