I've always feared computer repair shops because I was concerned that the staff wouldn't know how to spell computer much less fix them. That plus, I'd have to sell my first born to pay for the service. Well, I was forced to get an OLD computer fixed and I went to this store. They not only did they fix it, they did it in record time and beat their quoted cost in the end. And there was none of this "mightier than thou because we can fix computers and you can't" attitude.
