Had an appointment at 2pm in Titusville. Got there at 1:30. Lady in parking lot says to me, "I hope you're ready to wait!, We've been here for hours with an appointment!" Not a good start. Checked in at 1:45, and waited for 50 minutes. I was 12 numbers from the number being served, and the next number was never called the whole time I was there... Condescending and rude, completely unnecessary the way they speak to everyone.
The customer service was above my expectations
After five separate visits to resolve a simple tag transfer from a US territory, I am beyond frustrated with the lack of progress. The process has been marred by a clear lack of job knowledge and basic procedural understanding. I specifically dealt with the office manager, Hailey, who unfortunately lacked integrity, customer service skills and expertise needed to handle this transaction.
