Got a second chance to do this and the result were very good. People that work there strive to do good. The system is not perfect but the people that work there try very hard to do a good job. 👏
The place looks very nice since the renovations. Staff member we had was very nice. The only issue is that getting an appointment doesn't seem to matter. Our 3pm appointment ended up after 4pm.
When you're taking your child there for a learner's permit. Don't waste your money having them test beforehand. They select you for a retest late in the day. And they will make you come back a different day.. Complete failure of efficiency.
I don't know why they even have appointments. When I got my license a few years ago I had an appointment and was in and out in 10-15 mins. I needed to renew so I made an appointment to renew figuring it would once again take 10-15 minutes. NOPE! Sat there for an hour waiting...got Hangry and left the virtual line and then the building. What a joke. If you can renew online do so...I came home and renewed online....save yourself the aggravation.
