I do not recommend this agency. Some of the caregivers were good. Most were not. They overcharged me on multiple occasions, they also billed prematurely several times. Getting a credit back to our account was very difficult. Seems like they have some financial challenges and are posting early billings to manage cash flow. I have received several complaints from their employees that they are not being paid for their hours. Highly unethical and illegal. Do not apply to this company they are very unprofessional and do not work with anyone they hire. Childish employees and “Leah” is very rude and slick out the mouth
I am very pleased with this company. My mom and I share a caregiver. She is awesome and has fast become a member of our family. Extremely trustworthy,always on time and highly qualified.
I facilitated selecting this agency based on recommendation of Rockledge hospital social work Dept . Compared to others recommended , they were the best fit for ability to staff quickly and prices . I worked closely with Deena , the director & felt she was very easy to keep in touch with. Her caring attitude was always there .
