My dealings with Brett always seemed great until closing. I thought the first time was a mistake. Then it happened a second time. That's when I realized I was being bamboozled out of a lot of cash and it was going into Brett's pocket. Read those contracts and make sure he doesn't switch his percentage fee on you from 3% to 15% like he did my wife and I.
I am very concerned about Mr. Brett Woolley and his ethics. He should probably have his license reviewed.

He is willing to do what 90% of other real estate agents are not. He communicates well, works hard for you, and does everything in his power to make things work. What else could you want?
