His staff was great, that's why the 1 star. High grade tear of my hamstring and because he didn't think it needed surgery, completely dismissed me. Said...and I quote here " you'll just have to suck up the pain, get yourself out of crutches, and I guess I'll order rehab." Then they proceed to put muscles on my PT orders that I wasn't even seen for and had nothing to do with my injury. I had to call to get it fixed. Definitely seeking a second opinion. What the hell has our healthcare come to?
I first saw Dr. Krepps for wrist pain roughly six months ago. During my first appointment with him, I found him to be very pleasant. He did xrays on my wrist and couldn't find anything in particular that was causing my wrist pain. He suggested doing an MRI, but I decided not to follow through with it. The staff and the doctors are awesome
My husband was referred to Dr Krepps by the VA & we are so grateful for it! After 18 mos of painful suffering & a string of unnecessary & thusly ineffective methods of attempted treatment by a variety of VA doctors, Dr Krepps elected to do his own xray first thing & took his previous reports from X-rays / MRI & knew immediately what it was - showed us how he knew exactly what was wrong & explained everything the VA had done up to that point had been futile.
