We had a great experience with these plumbers in Mt Vernon. When a pipe started leaking and eventually burst, it flooded our bathroom and the hallway. We shut off the main water valve and called for help. Although they couldn’t make it the first night, they kept in touch and let us know they’d be there the next day. I'm not sure how I had such a different experience than others, but when I called they transferred me to a sketchy company (at first i thought it was Brett & Sons) but later found out was unaffiliated and said their company name was "emergency plumbing". I was asked to pay with Zelle directly to the plumber, they wouldn't take check and then the name for zelle was a totally different company on its own.
