I’ve used this plumbing company three times, and every service call has been excellent. On the most recent visit, I had a leaking backflow issue that was leaving my front yard wet and muddy. When I called, they said a plumber would arrive between 2 and 3 pm, but Erick showed up earlier than expected, which I really appreciated because it helped prevent more water waste and damage. I’m surprised that there aren’t many more bad reviews of this company. I only found one other review with an identical experience to mine. The actual plumbing was definitely sub-contracted since they asked me to send a separate Zelle to the plumber directly and then send a Zelle to them. During the initial calls to get the work started I talked to about four different people. I have no idea why I needed to be conferenced in with so many different people. Outstanding plumbing service. I called on a Sunday morning about a leaking hot water heater, and Samuel answered right away. He finished the job he was on and arrived at my home in Mt Vernon within a couple of hours. I already knew both water heaters would probably need replacement because they were old. Samuel explained the plumbing options clearly, was very professional and knowledgeable, and never pushed me into anything.
