We had a plumbing emergency at our home in Mt Vernon with standing water in both bathrooms and soaked floors due to a shower drain backup. I called Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC and spoke with someone who was friendly and gave me a clear idea of when a plumber would arrive. Erick showed up right on time, quickly found the clean out, and started working on the problem. He discovered that tree roots were blocking our pipes. erick and jonah from the plumbing team did a fantastic job helping us out. we had a stubborn sewer gas smell at the office that kept coming and going, and even though we had other plumbers try to fix it before, no one else could get to the bottom of it. erick and jonah were determined, used their plumbing know-how, and finally solved the problem for us. we really appreciate their hard work and dedication!

Absolutely thrilled with the service! I called Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC when my bathroom toilet in Mt Vernon got clogged. Jonah came over the same day, was very professional, and made sure to snake the toilet from inside the bathroom. He was really thorough, checking everything and explaining the process as he went. He even took a look at my garbage disposal in the kitchen and gave me helpful advice about replacing it, but there was no pressure at all.
