In August my daughter had a myringotomy / adenoidectomy. No one called to check on her after the procedure despite Dr Rankin's promise that they would follow up next day. The following week I called to schedule a post-op appt and expressed my aggravation. Nurse was very rude, said "sometimes we just don't get to it." She also scheduled our post-op which we went to, and were told that there was no appt. scheduled for us that day and we would need to come back. Changed doctors. Do not recommend.

Dr Rankin left me with nerve damage to my right arm. Went in for a simple biopsy and came out disabled!

My three year old son had a scheduled appointment for a hearing test. I arrived literally 4 mins late and they would not see me. I was required to reschedule when the audiologist, not seeing a patient and they were not willing to accommodate the appointment. The staff was rude and not friendly at all. I will never go back.

Doctor is consistently excellent; however, of my three visits I have had some kind of medical or administrative complication and I give the administrative staff a zero out of ten in being helpful and trying to solve the problems.

I mentioned to someone in a medical office that I needed an ENT, and she recommended Dr. Rankin. She said, If he had a fan club, I would be the president. Now I know what she means. He got me to the point where I had only one or two yearly sinus infections, and we were even managing my facial migraines. However, in December he determined that surgery would definitely benefit me. I had that 2 days ago and already I feel so much better! Thank you Dr. Rankin. You're my hero! :)
