Brett goes above and beyond to help in any way he can for his clients. He is very knowledgeable about real estate, and responds quickly to messages on his phone, even when he's on vacation! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any one thinking of buying or selling real estate.

Brett was upfront and realistic with me about expectations I should have with selling my home. He was very responsive and knowledgeable in a prior purchasing transaction as well. He was available, even when he was on vacation, and had answers for every question I had. I have already had the opportunity to recommend him to others and have done so. Brett was very knowledgeable about the area and what we should be focused on as far as buying a house. This was my first house and i didn't really know where to start. Brett was able to guide me and made the process of purchasing a house easier than i thought. I can't think of a better realtor!!

Brett did a wonderful job selling my property. He studied the market and set a target price. Unlike other realtors, he did not start clamoring to continually lower the price every week it was on the market. It eventually sold close to the target amount in a win/win agreement for the buyer and myself, the seller. I would recommend him whole heartedly.
