Dr. Parra's well-known excessive vanity and arrogance seriously impair his knowledge and clinical practice. He likes to talk, but he does not like you to talk or ask too many questions (which he often does not listen to). You must do exactly what he says and not suggest any variation, or be labeled a trouble-maker. I foolishly stayed with him too long, despite the continued warnings from my medical friends. For your health, go to another urologist.

On time, spent time to fully review my issue and gave complete clinical answers and was given his complete attention (not giving the usual 15-20 minutes, as experienced in most Dr. appointments) giving me the time to leave his office with no question unanswered. And walked me to appointment co-ordination to set my next appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parra for over 12 years and would not see another UROLOGIST. He is always very professional, prompt, and courteous. Visits with him are like visiting family (except for the finger wave). Outstanding doctor!!!!

My last visit to Dr Parra was pretty much the same as the first and the many intervening. I çame to Dr Parra as a referral from my previous and retireing urologist with a urological history not inaccurately described as challenging. I find Dr Parra to be both caring and competent. Not to stray to far from the requested comment, but it should not go unremarked that Dr Parra is supported by a rather extra ordinary facility and a broad spectrum of highly regarded medical specialists as colleagues.
