Dr Kalmowitz is very professional and respected by me. His staff needs a little work. The front desk receptionist has no personality at all. She should be greeting you with a smile and making your experience a happy one. There is no communication at all with the pharmacy and Dr. Kalmowtiz's nurses. Refills need to be filled in a timely manner. A patient can not go without medication for a week or two. Very dangerous. Need to fix all communication with staff members.
Dr. Kalmowitz has a straightforward but still caring bedside manner. He asks questions and listens carefully to the answers.
Very positive experience with doctor. He has wonderful bedside manner and is very informative. He goes over everything clearly and answers questions well. He is well worth the wait to be seen.
I have had two life threatening illnesses since 2013 and Dr. Kalmowitz has been the key person in my recovery and ongoing treatment. His thoroughness and attention to detail as well as his kindness and genuine concern regarding my condition have given me hope and a sense of control and confidence over my health and my future. His support staff and other doctors brought in to my case have been just as helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
Dr. Spector does a great job. He speaks so us non-medical folks can understand. Appointments and reminders are all good.
Been absolutely incredible from diagnosis to now. Has had great medical care, but has gone above and beyond with monitoring, responsiveness via web portal, and communication/accessibility. Would recommend Dr. Kalmowitz to any interested parties.
