I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Reed and his current staff. They are amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It is very easy to make appointments. We get in and out. Front and back office staff are very professional and friendly. Everyone works really well together. Office is clean. We love Dr. Reed and staff!
Since Mrs Reed has been working with Mr Reed. She has personally attacked me verbally by belittling me in person and / or on the phone to where it's just the two of us around, and she speaks at a condescending low tone so nobody can hear her verbally attacking me. "I feel very unsafe in the care of Mr Reeds' office!" My care with Mr Reed has plummeted drastically that he has made me feel uncomfortable. I love Dr. Reed and his staff and find great joy in interacting with them all. The professionalism and kindness can not be matched. Sometimes when I go to the office I’m stiff and have pain. When I leave I feel like a new human. I’m very grateful for Dr. Reed and under his care I feel each day is worth living without the pain weighing in on me. Keep up the good work.
