Dr. Burns was very considerate of my "dentist concerns", cleared up a 20 year old mystery regarding a supposed "allergy" I had to dental anesthetics and took care of my immediate needs in a kind, compassionate , professional manner.
I have been a patient of Dr. Skarr's for many years. There have been a few changes in the past year or so that I am not a big fan of. The main issue I have is I would prefer to make my appointment before leaving the office instead of the hygienist making it for me. This last appointment I was informed I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Skarr as he doesn't work on Mondays. It should have been noted in my file that I prefer to see only Dr. Skarr for my regular visits, he's my dentist. Nothing against the others but he's my dentist. If I... read more

The hygentist was very good. She was nice and friendly so she would get high ratings for her work. I have one complaint with all the texts, emails, etc. There are way too many and that could be cut down.
Except for my last visit, I have always had a positive experience
all of the staff are pleasant and polite. dentists do quality work. it's nice to go somewhere where everyone seems to enjoy what they do and where they work
Dr Skarr took the time needed to provide a nice outcome from the cosmetic dental procedure that he performed. He also clearly explained my insurance coverage and the dental assistant was very friendly.
I’m happy with your approach to my dental needs. Office staff is helpful and friendly.
