DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I received a letter in the mail about their interest in my property. We talked on the phone several times and they set up an appointment to come walk through my house. They even called me 24 hours before to confirm the appointment. Changed my entire week schedule around it so that I could be there and they just never showed up. Tried calling multiple times and leaving voicemails and no one ever said a word. Ridiculously unprofessional and completely wasted my time. Don’t waste yours!!

Transitions processes to sell the house went quite smoothly. It took almost 2 months to closing my house, sooner than I expected. I got price of my house of what I asked for. Thanks the team.

The Brokerage is a complete one stop shop for all your real estate needs! They have contacts for everything including but not limited to roofers, mortgage lenders, shops and even appliances. I sold my home and purchased another with their assistance. Selling and buying a home is always a stressful process, but The Brokerage helped ease my nerves and kept me updated whether it was with a phone call, text or email.
