Doc baker is the best!
The only addition I would make to my previous review is it takes a long time to get in to see him doctor Baker
I have found Dr. Baker to be friendly, responsive, and caring.
His staff is rude and lack the skills needed to speak to patients with issues. They, however, can order CT scans when a simple test is required. They doubt and do not take the caregivers evaluation of the issue, which by the way was correct. I was informed twice by supervisors that I would be called by Dr. Baker to discuss the problem. The call did not take place. Oh, and this is having been a patient for eight years. He is not my kind of physician!
Dr. Baker failed to diagnose an anerobic infection. The patient left the hospital with no urology discharge instructions or follow up appointment and was forced to seek immediate competent urology care elsewhere. The general impression is that Dr. Baker can not diagnose his way out of a paper bag.
Dr. Baker has pulled my chestnuts out of the fire more than once. He is highly accomplished in his profession, but most importantly, he thinks outside the box. When you walk out of the door he doesn't stop thinking about you and your condition. Highly recommended!
