I just had an excellent first visit at Dr. Levinson's office one week ago. As a new patient seeking treatment for dry eye, allergies, and irritation from daily contact lens use etc, Dr. Levinson ordered the LipiScan test on my eyelids. He discovered my Meibomian Gland Dysfunction, which leads to the symptoms associated with my dry eye. He recommended that we proceed with same day treatment using Intense Pulsed Light Therapy (IPL) for dry eye/MGD, as well as inserting punctal plugs on each eye.
