We’re in the market for a new house, so we thought we’d check some of the Allen Edwin homes out at Bretonfield Preserve. Some were still under construction that my wife and me looked at and we were very concerned and definitely will not be buying one of these homes, as we seen how bad the unfinished construction was on these homes considering they are asking over $400k. update to the missing roof cap shingles: called ALLEN EDWIN HOME customer care and was referred to the roof installer since its past the home warranty. reached out to the installer which is AMERICAN CLASSIC. they fixed the roof cap a day after i called and the bill came after a month. be sure to ask how much the cost is before you let them fix something so you will not be surprised when you get the bill. don’t be fooled. quality of the house is very poor. its not worth the value. paid a lot more for the extra thats suppose t... read more
