Great staff and great full detail service. Really try and go above and beyond. If something isn't right they take the time to make it right.
Worst full service car wash and detail ever. Door jams left dirty, trunk not vacuumed, leather seats not wiped. Service indifferent, aloof and probably stoned. Auto wash machinery old and dumpy, with those "stripper" dryers that hit and scratch car finish. Left with a huge divot in my hood where the dryer attachment had a hard hit.
Poor quality. Matts weren't cleaned. Obvious dirt left behind in interior. Don't waste your money.
Had my car cleaned inside and out at 8 AM. Didn't notice it until driving in the evening and had oncoming vehicle headlights hitting my car, but they did a lackluster job at best on the windows of my car.
The prices are reasonable and my car always looks great!

Auto Glanz Solutions Vacuums likes Breton Auto Wash
Stick to Southland when in the Grand Rapids metro area. Very poor access to wash, 1st impression of attendants is poor at best. Southland smiles and explains what's available. Breton just has a blank stare while pushing a yellow confusingly and small detailed pad in your face. Even though it's a much farther drive to 28th and Michael, I will make the drive for the Superior Service.
