Doctor has very poor bedside manners. I felt judged and she forgot to put my thyroid medication I was on that I’ve been on for years and she has the nerve to give me attitude and tell me I never her told her I was on meds. Then tells me why I stopped birth control what am I doing to prevent getting pregnant does she not look at notes or wrote notes I told her the first time I saw her that I had my tubes tied and that’s not why I was on birth control. I'm not sure if this doctor was having a bad day, but the entire 20 minute interaction was dry, and I left feeling judged and bad about myself. This disease is emotionally, psychologically, and physically draining. We are already extremely hard on ourselves, so the last thing we need is someone we're looking up to for direction and expertise to make us feel even worse. Kindness goes a long way.
