Dr. Bressler and his staff are kind and attentive. I never feel rushed through my visit and yet he keeps well to his schedule. He's knowledgeable and personable. I recommend him highly.

I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but it was close to the entrance. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name and Dr. Bressler addresses me by name when he walks in the examining room. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
