Did the orthodontist spend time with you during your visit? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they are almost always unavailable Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
