It’s time for a more recent, transparent review because some details in older reviews are no longer true. Lived here for about a year now: MANAGEMENT: A new owner bought the property around May 2024. Understandably, they struggled a bit to be responsive in the first couple of months while getting new staff in place, but they got up to speed quickly and are very responsive, kind and respectful to communicate when they need to enter your unit, which is rare, unless you request maintenance. Would recommend living here to anyone! Brittni, the apartment manager is INCREDIBLE! She is so accommodating and so helpful. She really goes above and beyond compared to any apartment manager I’ve ever had, and makes living there an amazing experience. The apartments have a nice old charm feeling with updated appliances and is overall a great building to live in.
