Calling their 1800 number there isn’t a long wait usually but the stupidity of most of the women answering the phones is mind blowing! Clearly calling with a question, pick up request, or edit an order all part of their job is an inconvenience to them working from home in their sweats tending to a screaming child, barking dog, etc. The owner(s) should be disgusted with the lack of actual customer service provided or maybe they don’t know because they are the owners and probably not connected to it.
