Been just over a year and so far enjoy Brenwood. There are wonderful friendly people living here. It is dog friendly and so far my Westie loves it here as well. The apartments are large and each come with heat, blinds, kitchen appliances, and fairly large bathrooms, along with porches or a patio. Plenty to do with many activities. This was a great find for me and my dog.
Cleaned apartment with friend for several days all items on list should of taken pictures several items were supposedly left in kitchen and bathroom which were not there when I left disappointed in mangers write up and dishonestly
Have been here 2 years, so far we have enjoyed our residence! Very nice amenities, indoor parking, inside recycling, trash, mail and community center. Professional staff
Brenwood is a good place to live. We are fortunate to have residents that are mostly compatible people. And friendships are had if you wish to socialize. We have many things to occupy our time, Exercise, games and can order take-out from Kerry's kitchen. Catering dining is had twice a month. I like it here!
