I lived here at a few different apartments (3) and every single one of them grew mold. The bathroom especially and in the toilet bowl. This is a huge health hazard! I'll give a star for the pool and maintenance was great when i needed something fixed. But one star overall because the mold made me feel very sick.
Well the first ur I moved in they lost my rent for 3 months and waited 3 months to tell me but I have receipts so they couldn't do anything the second time they try to evict me because they were playing games with my rent again I won my case in court cuz it was at fault now they're trying to make me again making up lies on my children I pay my rent I'm quiet I don't mess with nobody my grandson came to visit me for the summer they made up all these lies on him because he know kids over here that's 15 and 16 years old that is... read more
I lived their for 1 year sometimes the trash bill would be 500 dollars a month I only take out my trash 4 times a month cuz I was working all the time on top of that they lost our rent money 2 time to 4 times leading to viction notices at least 3 times very scary to see that when I paid my bills on time just very not impressed over all quite pool is nice and hot tub everyone was respectful meaning neighbors.
Over run with stray cats marking and ruining any patio furniture you may have. The resident pool is over run with teens after 5pm when office is closed. No security on sight! Not a resident friendly complex! Rent goes up every month and the apartments are not what the web page shows.
