This review is specifically regarding the community manager, Ashley. Ashley has been awesome ever since she started here. She's genuinely kind, always helpful, and fair across the board. What I really appreciate is that she handles everything with a no-nonsense attitude, she's not a pushover, but she's never rude about it either. I have been a resident of this community since 2019. During the first several years—particularly through and shortly after the pandemic—the property was well managed and met expectations. Unfortunately, over the past few years there has been a noticeable decline in overall management and service quality. I have been charged a $75 late fee despite paying rent in advance, and maintenance and management responsiveness to reported issues has been consistently poor. Not bad
I lived at Brentwood Apartments for 8 year's. I left due to providing long term care for my parents. The grounds are well kept. The turn around for maintenance is great. Inspection are done, I had no issues as I kept up with my unit. The staff was amazing, they also followed up with concerns. I would recommend Brentwood.
