Very unfortunately I booked this hotel through Hotel One. I needed to cut my stay short one night with adequate notice, >24 hours. I contacted Hotel One who said they had to contact Brentwood Suites to see if they would allow me to depart a day early without financial penalty. I held while they contacted them, was then told Brentwood Suites wouldn’t allow a refund for the early departure. I contacted Brentwood Suites directly and they claimed no authority in the situation. Hotel was in a good neighborhood and had shops and restaurants close by.
I will never stay there ever again they take money out of account when you're job pays the room but when you have to put 50 on your room is fine but over 300 out when they don't have the right too
